talha shayan is me insaan ka damag jaga hota ha jabke body soo jati ha....actually jab hm sote hain to aik chemical release hota ha jo k hmari body ko temporarily paralysis me bej deti ha....lekin sleep paralysis apka damag jag jata ha...so ap move nae kr skte...but it last for some time...iss doraan me hallucinate krta ha banda....matlab jese ajeeb o gareeb cheezain dekha...i hope i explained....ye mostly due to lack of sleep ya fatigue ki waja se hota ha
