Khulla, Divorce - Muslim Law

Khula is dissolution of marriage by the Court. Wife is required to return Dower which she has already received from her husband. For Khula wife simply needs to state, before the Court, her hatred towards her husband. She only needs to satisfy Court that she cannot live with her husband within limits ordained by Allah Almighty, and that their relation would only give birth to hateful union. Courts are bound to grant her Khula as of right.
