Has anyone considered the possibility that Buyisiwe was actually diffusing the situation between her Nkosana and Sthembile by taking on the blame for Sthembile leaving baby Nkosana behind? Well, I have considered that because she strikes me as a loving person and prizes family unity. She's facilitating the reunion of two people that she loves equally and therefore wouldn't want to jeopardize their reconciliation by letting the meeting be derailed by confrontation. You know, you can get answers without being confrontational. Note that Buyisiwe said "let me answer for her when it comes to that". She's pulling all stops to facilitate this reunion as smoothly as possible even if it means taking part of the blame in the narrative.

First episode tells us how sick our society is, a person cannot give you what they do not have and the sooner you accept that the sooner you heal. When you're young and leaving home but you have nowhere to go (a place that you're certain of) you will obviously take any help offered, including that of your sister offering to keep your child for you. The way the saying is worded will differ slightly depending on whether it's a Sepedi , Setswana or Sesotho speaker. You'll be able to tell from the pronunciation and sentence structure. Also these 3 languages share many idioms and sayings just worded slightly differently.
