What a bright young woman (2nd story). I love the fact that she tries so hard to communicate in Sesotho (it is almost rare from a Zulu speaker to communicate in another language).
@highandmightyqueen793 жыл бұрын
That is really interesting I thought that people in joburg speak all the languages
@abm57073 жыл бұрын
@@highandmightyqueen79 true, most people in Joburg are able to communicate in a number of languages. The young lady in question is not from Jhb (if I'm not mistaken).
@highandmightyqueen793 жыл бұрын
@@abm5707 Oh okay cause even here in cape town people only speak their own languages like English, Afrikaan and Isixhosa but never learn other languages.
@abm57073 жыл бұрын
@@highandmightyqueen79 yeah, I have seen it. I have a friend in Cape Town, he only speaks 3 languages. In Jhb, one needs more languages to communicate. What I love about South Africans (whether one if from Musina, Limpopo and the other one is from CT) they would attempt to speak in their respective mother tongues before going to the last resort (English).
@boipelontsepe1226 Жыл бұрын
But I think women tend to accommodate other people when it comes to language. I think Zulu women try shame, because the Ndodas don't tend to be more reluctant.

This is some nonsense that this innocent kids can't get ID'S just because of the absence of their parents, guardians should be able to act on behalf of a kid or an unknown parents whereabouts to obtain an ID,cause time is not patient.

Matome is remorseful but I can tell there is a challenge mentaly or emotionaly
It's because they have different fathers and each of them was taken by her own father. If it wasn't for that they would've grown up together. It also happens vice versa. Children who have the same father but different mother's also don't always grow up in the same household. This commonly happens for kids who share one parent. Also it seems the mother had her own issues. I mean most all mothers are women/girls before they become mothers. They have their own experiences that have nothing to do with their children and these experiences affect how they raise or parent their kids. I wouldn't judge their mother too harshly because we don't know her story as a girl and as a woman. We don't know what she faced before she met the father's of her children. We don't even know how she died.

Eish leaving hey brother now to duck and dive away from her mess. Like khubulekhaya shows us how our parents could be so irresponsible and those around them also didn't ask questions....
@MsYandie3 жыл бұрын
@@perfectlyimperfect1095 it's one thing showing empathy, but when do people become accountable? Please hear me, I'm not trying to judge, however our actions do have consequences.
@perfectlyimperfect10953 жыл бұрын
@@MsYandie I hear you. Of course the mother needs to be held accountable. The thing is the mother is no longer here to defend herself. At this point her daughters should embrace one another and come together as sisters. At least the family is there to help Sibongile with the Home Affairs situation. At this point the person who has the answers as to why she didn't raise them is no longer alive. If she was alive then by all means hold her accountable. So all the family can do is tell their side and be there for them. I'm glad the sisters found each other. Hopefully they'll walk the journeys of sisterhood and motherhood together. The fact that they both seem to have had relatively trauma free childhoods apart from their mother's absence is a plus.
