You can use a Leave-in instead but you can't skip a moisturizer completely. You will have dry hair as a result.

Hey !! There are two reasons - 1) we don't comb our hair otherwise, so all that hair is collected and fall on wash day so it feels more. 2) wet hair is weaker so please ensure you are using a Conditioner with very good slip, not doing so can also cause extra hair fall.

Hey Khushboo, you have explained the routine beautifully. I have a question though. I understand that we need to apply leave in while hair is soaking wet but what about the gel? Should I apply the gel on damp hair or soaking wet hair? I mean how much wet my hair should be when I am applying gel? Also, I am very new to this method and have wavy 2a/2b hair. I am facing an issue which is, I normally do the styling part by putting my hair upside down but whenever I flip it back to the place I feel like the outer hair layer on the back of my head looking a bit frizzy..Is it normal? Am I missing something?

Hey !! As seen in the video I have applied gel soon after the leave-in. But applying stylers on wet or damp hair is a choice and one need to see what works for them. Wet styling gives me less frizz hence less volume too. Damp Styling gives me more frizz and volume. Take it back the way I have shown in the video. That will help

Scrunch gently. Go with wet hand where you see frizz after scrunching. Try smoothing. Check my video of different styling techniques. It will help you understand.

:). See wet hair are weak and more prone to breakage but all curly girls brush wet hair only with Conditioner in the hair. Which adds slip and makes it easy to detangle, so it's different from just wet hair. It's more like conditioner coated hair.

Hi, i have recently started CGM, Ist day my hair was looking gooding, next day when i got up in the morning it was frizzy, not at all presentable even though i used satin pillow, then i tried to refresg through water spray and products but didn't work out.. so i washed with conditioner and applied styling products. Hey !! No you don't need to wash daily. Give it some time it will get better. Since you have recently started it will take some time. Also I have a detailed video on how to refresh. Check that. It will help. Also another video on weekly routine. Check that too

Sorry but combing wet hair is a big no your hair's more fragile and prone to breakage when it's wet, combing wet hair casuses split ends and too much hair fall. 2. You aren't supposed to leave conditioner for more than 5-10 mins everytime you shampoo once in a while is ok but if u do that regularly then the protein in the conditioner will end up damaging your hair rather than protecting it, use conditioners and styling creams or serums on damp hair and not wet hair.

Hey Jayashree !! First thing curly hair face a crazy amount of breakage when you comb them dry and secondly I am not asking to just comb them wet. But with the conditioner on hair have a slip and they are very easy to detangle with minimum breakage. Secondly who is saying to leave the conditioner on for more than 10 mins ? I never said so. What I am using here is a deep conditioner pack which is meant to be left for long. Also not all Conditioners have protien. I think you are a little confused or have incomplete information. And why should one not use stylers on wet hair ? Will love to know.

@@KhushbooSinghvi oh I'm unaware of that,sorry didn't mean to throw shade on you,im wrong coz I have wavy hair, ok so stylers are supposed to be used on damp hair because it absorbs well , with wet hair the product will mix with excess water and gets washed away. To make the most out of the product, it Should b applied on damp hair. About the conditioner I heard u say "I'd like to keep the conditioner for at least 20mins" again I apologise if I'm wrong , u also said that u don't condition your hair frequently so I said that because someone could seriously damage their hair by doing that frequently. Hey !! No problem at all. We are all here to learn and I am happy to help in anyway I can :) I am more than happy to have healthy discussions, we all learn that way. Also styling on wet hair gives me the best results, If you feel your product is falling out just squeeze out the excess water with your hands and then style. You can try this and you will notice much less frizz as compared to damp styling. Also what I am using the the video is Aaranya hair pack which is a deep conditioner.

It's normal for hair to fall at that time. If it's under limit you need not worry (50-100 stands per day is normal hairfall) amd as curlies we don't comb our hair everyday so all those fallen hair collects and almost all come out together on wash day so feels more

Hey!! You can. But as oils have no slip, apply oil and leave them in your hair for some time. Let you hair absorb the oil. It gets easier to detangle then 😊

Hey Lavi !! If you job demands so, I think you can try making loose buns, secure with small clutch clips and satin scrunchies. You can tied them neat in the front but tie tye bun loosely so your hair strech minimum. There is nothing much I think which can be done in this situation

It's like one have to apply moisturizer/body lotion always or will it be enough if you apply for sometime and I skin will be good always. So cg is nothing but a way of taking care of your curly hair. So till the time you have curls you will need it. You can ofcourse modify it as per your needs

Hey!! You need to find out the cause, maybe some deficiency. A routine blood test can hero. Also I hope you are not applying your conditioners/DC/ leavein/Creams/Gels on your scalp.
