Kidney हमारे शरीर के flank region याने कमर के बाजूमेंनिचे होती है। इनका काम साधारण भाषा में समझा जाये तो filtration का होता है। ये शरीर में स्थित गंदगी और excess fluid filter करती है। kidney हमारे शरीर के cells में जो acid तैयार होता है वो निकलने का भी काम करती है। साथ ही में kidney शरीर का blood pressure control करने में भी मदत करती है।
What causes high risk in kidney?
अगर आपको sugar / diabetes है।
आपको अगर blood pressure की बीमारी है।
अगर कोई genetic problem से जुंझ रहा हो।
Nephritis होना भी kidney को risk पोहोचाता है।
kidney की बीमारी को अक्सर silent killer बोला जाता है क्युकी इसके symptoms हमें शुरू में दिखाई नहीं देते और जब दिखाई देते है तब बोहत देर हो चुकी होती है।
kidney की बीमारी के two types होते है -
Acute kidney injury - जो कुछ दिनों या हफ्तों के लिए होती है।
Chronic kidney injury - ये बोहत समय तक रहता है, जिसकी वजह से kidney failure होने की शक्यता भी रहती है।
kidney ख़राब होने के लक्षण (kidani fail hone ke lakshan) -
रात के समय पेशाब ज्यादा होना, urine output में बदलाव।
पेशाब का रंग बदल जाना।
Foamy या bubbly पेशाब आना।
Hemoglobin कम हो जाना जिससे आपके ankle, legs में swelling दिखना।
वजन बढ़ना, Skin rashes
kidney की जाँच - ये process बोहत आसान है जिसमे urine blood test या sonography की जाती है। इससे डॉक्टर्स को ये समझता है की पेशेंट को कैसे treat करना है।
जैसे की हम जानते है की prevention is better than cure मतलब अगर हमें kidney की बीमारी से बचना है तो हमे हमारी lifestyle में बदलाव लाना पड़ेगा, खाने पिने की आदतों में बदलाव लाना चाहिए, रोजाना exercise करनी है और सबसे बड़ी बात painkiller avoid करनी है।
