किडनी ट्रांसप्‍लांट में क्‍या होता है किडनी रिजेक्‍शन, जानिए विस्‍तार से
किडनी प्रत्यारोपण के बाद कई तरह के जोखिमों की संभावना रहती है। इनमें सबसे बड़ा जोखिम किडनी का शरीर द्वारा अस्वीकार होना यानी किडनी रिजेक्शन है। इसके अलावा संक्रमण होना, ऑपरेशन संबंधित खतरो का भय और दवा का उल्टा असर भी संभावित खतरों में शामिल है।
क्‍या होता है किडनी रिजेक्‍शन का असर
किडनी की अस्वीकृति, प्रत्यारोपण के बाद किसी भी समय हो सकती है। प्रायः यह पहले छः माह में होती है। अस्वीकृति की गंभीरता हर रोगी में अलग होती है। प्रायः किडनी की अस्वीकृति होना किसी विशेष कारण से नहीं होता है और इसका इलाज उचित इम्युनोसप्रेसेन्ट चिकित्सा द्वारा हो जाता है। पर कुछ रोगियों में किडनी की अस्वीकृति होना गंभीर हो सकता है और जो अंत में किडनी को नष्ट कर सकता है।
यह भी है संभावना
शरीर की प्रतिरोधकशक्ति के कारण नई लगाई गई किडनी के अस्वीकार (रिजेक्शन) होने की संभावना रहती है।
अगर दवा सेवन से शरीर की प्रतिरोधक शक्ति को कम किया हाता है, तो रिजेक्शन का भय नहीं रहता है, परन्तु मरीज को जानलेवा संक्रमण का भय बना रहता है।
किडनी प्रत्यारोपण के बाद विशेष प्रकार की दवाइँ का इस्तेमाल होता है, जो किडनी रिजेक्शन को रोकने का मुख्य काम करती है एवं मरीज की रोग से लड़ने की क्षमता बनाए रखती है।
इस प्रकार की दवा को इम्यूनोसप्रेसेन्ट (Immunosuppresant) कहा जाता है। प्रेडनिसोलोन, एजाथायोप्रीन, सायक्लोस्प्रोरिन, एम. एम. एफ. और टेक्रोलिमस इस प्रकार की मुख्य दवाईयाँ हैं। कभी-कभी यह दवाएं मरीज को आजीवन लेनी पड सकती है।

Sir recently I did a blood test and urine test all the reports are normal only the uric acid was 6.67 which is borderline and i consult with the doctor through video consultation.She said it is an ok report. But I have little pain in the right kidney where the transplant was done. And urine outcomes are mostly frequent but mostly of the urine outcome quantity is less. Please tell me what I should do.
