As A Biologist... Protein source ৰ বাবে daily মাংসৰ ওপৰত নিৰ্ভৰ কৰাটোও বহুত বেছি বেয়া। তুমি এইটো সোধৰণি কৰিবা। সদায় মাংস খালে saturated fats বিলাক বেছিকৈ পাবা যাৰ বাবে বহু বেমাৰৰ লক্ষণ দেখা দিব পাৰে। Protein দেহৰ বাবে most important macro nutrients কিন্তু সেয়া অকল মাংসৰ পৰা নলয়, বিভিন্ন খাদ্যৰ মিশ্ৰণৰ পৰা লবলৈ যত্ন কৰিব লাগে। যেনে পনীৰ, দাইল, মাছ, কণী, মাজে মাজে মাংস ও, soya beans, tofu, Dry nuts, বাদাম, দৈ, ইত্যাদি ইত্যাদি। সংমিশ্ৰণ কৰি protein লবলৈ চেষ্টা কৰাটো gut health ৰ বাবে বেছি দৰকাৰী। বেছি মাংস খোৱা দেশ সমূ্হৰ data বিলাক চালে দেখিবা যে USA, Australia আদিৰ দৰে মাংসভোজী দেশ সমূহত Colorectal cancer, gastric cancer আদিৰ দৰে বেমাৰ বহুত বেছি হব ধৰিছে। So কেৱল মাংসৰ ওপৰতেই নিৰ্ভশীল নহই বেলেগ বেলেগ source ৰ পৰা ও প্ৰটিন লোৱাটো দৰকাৰ। পাৰিলে দিনত 1 scoop বা 2 scoop Whey নাইবা plant based protein powder লওক যিয়ে কিনিব সক্ষম হয়। নহলে কণী, গাখীৰ, দৈ আছেই নহয়। লগতে Fibers, Complex Carbs, Mufas, Pufas, Antioxidant rich, vitamin rich খাদ্য ও খাবলৈ নাপাহৰিব। খাদ্য সম্পূৰ্ণ হব লাগে। কেৱল দাইল ভাতেই নহয়

@AnirbanBorah2.0 there's plenty. But most commonly available anywhere are these- dal,paneer, rajma, chana and soyabean. Along with it you can try to have millet chapatis, quionoa, cottage cheese etc. But practically, those 5 i prefer because they are morever pocket friendly and easily available. Just make a habit of reading the protein content in the back in every packet you buy. You will eventually get the hang of it. Good luck

I am a sports person and gym rat and i consume only 50-60 gm protein from besan, egg, soya chunks and dal and i know it's to less protein for my body but reason behind this problem was i am from middle class family i can't afford whey protein and can't eat chicken or fish everyday but it's a huge request from me that if you afford portion suppliment and good protein source food than please consume it it's a must needed thing for a human body to live healthy if you consume 1.2 to 1.5 gm per body weight protein with daily workout i am not saying that You have to go gym i am just saying that please do 40-60 minutes physical activity daily than your 75% of body problems is be resolved. For 60 gm protein we have to eat 300 gm of chicken...so alongwith chicken and eggs you can eat soya chunks which contains approximately 52 gm of protein in 100 gm of soya at just rs 20 ...may it helps 👍

But soya will increase the estrogen level in your body. Which causes gynecomastia, also known as gyno in male body. Along with that Soya also contains fat which is harmful for our heart. That is why most of the professional bodybuilders do not recommend Soya as a protein
