Kia Carens is based on Hyundai-Kia K2 platform that also develops various Hyundai's and Kia's cars across globe.
Kia Carens 2024 is offered with two petrol engine option and one diesel engine. First one is a 1.5 litre Smartstream petrol engine producing 113 bhp and 144 Nm of torque and second petrol is 1.5litre T-GDI turbo-petrol develops 158 bhp and 242 Nm of torque and third one is a 1.5 litre CRDi diesel making 114 bhp and 250 Nm of torque.
