Lived in Opotiki in the late 70s nice town worked in the local supermarket then and enjoyed the beach the people and good on you for making these films. You are so grounded I knew the Oates whanau there. Fishing was great.

Kiaora James i saw the When Bob Came doco.and saw myself in episode one.down the Front in the middle of the Black Power gang but I am only 1/8th Maori and was not a member of the Gang in 1979 I wanted to See Bob Marley so I went from Rotorua and went to the front of the crowd of 22,000 through the metre wide gap and into the Black Power gang only I didn't know until after I saw the flag beside me at the front. A pakeha in the centre of the Black Power gang and totally accepted.
