@@joshuaminke6629 Then it would cost as much as an i30n. And drive one. Feels great. Maybe if you live in america more power makes sense, down the European country side in the twisties its perfect. And there are 250hp tunes for it, Go to blackline tuning and look up kia proceed.

@Ddman260 I had the older 3 door model pro ceed gt. 2014 plate. Same engine as the new one. I would have thought with the new model, they would have given it more power. Just like the golf GTI. Every generation it gets more power

Bei 6 Minuten rum das Rasseln ist nicht der Soundgenerator sondern die Plastikabdeckung an der Scheibe wo der Innenraumspiegel dran ist. Einfach mal mit der Hand dran drücken wenn das Geräusch auftaucht. Habe die Abdeckung entfernt und besser abgefilzt und seitdem ist Ruhe 😁

danke das nervt mich auch im ceed gt. das rasseln kommt aber auch nur im Sportmodus sobald die klappen zu sind. ich habe schon in Erwägungen gezogen den Soundgenerator abstecken zu lassen. den brauch man mit der bastuk Anlage nicht und das auto wird beim kickdown viel zu laut

@@tiramisu9783 Geht bei dir auch die Klappe zu sobald man zu hoch dreht / zu viel Gas gibt? Bei mir geht die Klappe (Bastuck Anlage verbaut) immer zu wenn ich Vollgas gebe und wieder auf sobald ich etwas weniger Gas gebe... Bei dir war das jetzt im Video nicht so.

@@N1co4. das war höchstens Halbgas, da ich dasselbe Problem habe und das leider etwas schade finde. Gelegentlich knallt er auch bei Vollgas, nur habe ich bislang kein weg gefunden dies zu provozieren.😁😅

@@tiramisu9783 Okay, ja ich habe mittlerweile auch so ein Gefühl dafür wie viel Gas ich geben kann damit die Klappe auf bleibt, aber vor allem so zwischen 55-90 km/h muss man echt seinen Bleifuß abstellen damit die Klappe offen bleibt....

Good video, some suggestions if you plan to do more: Lot of reviewers complain about consumption of these engines. Would like to see some "slow = according to speed limits" driving in normal mode with consumption shown on board computer. Ideally one city drive and then one autobahn test (reset consuption when joining the autobahn) at around ~130-140km/h. I feel like this facelift model is not that thirsty as pre-face. Also some 100-200 measurements would be nice, if you plan more videos. That is advantage of Autobahn, you can do that legally :) Last question. Are you hundred percent sure that in manual mode it does NOT shift up automatically? I am thinking about buying one, but i am concerned about lack of power (and mainly torque). This would be perfect with 2.0T 240hp 350 Nm + that new 8speed DCT from Hyundai/Kia for me. Anyway, enjoy your car!

No there is no Option

There’s no sound coming from the radio speakers, there’s a sound generator outside under the plastic in the wipers zone. You can remove it.

Actually it's not a fake digitalized engine sound from the speaker. When you go in Sport mode it opens valves in the exhaust pipe. You can clearly hear that the sounds came from behind you, from the pipe, not from the speakers. However, there's an opening between the windshield and the front air vent by which you can hear the engine in Sport mode. Again it doesnt comes from the speakers.

The 6.9l/100km.is my consumption since refilling gas. But my long term consumption is around 7.1l/100km. You can drive it easily around 7l/100km ans still have fun.

Also ich denke mal schon, auf jeden fall kann ich es kaum abwarten ihn nächste Woche vom Händler zu holen. Für mich lohnt es sich aber insoweit das ich für ihn weniger Versicherung zahle als für meinen alten Opel Astra und die doppelte Leistung, bei gleichem, bzw. minimal höherem Verbrauch habe. Ich bin mir auf jeden fall Sicher, das ich es nicht bereuen werde.

Moin, Ich kann mich dem nur anschließen, ich bin mittlerweile gut 11.000km mit dem gefahren und bis jetzt habe ich es nicht bereut. Die Kfz Versicherung ist recht günstig, im Verbrauch ist er Ordnung. Ob man nun die Bastuck Abgasanlage braucht muss jeder für sich selbst wissen, von meiner Seite aus eine klare Empfehlung. Lg

@@OhioGlobus6 Pink ist eine schicke Farbe, siehe den Rs6 von JP. Und zudem geschlossen ist die Bastuck vollkommen in Ordnung von der Lautstärke, so die Aussage.einer Freundin 😁😂
