So the screw inside the door when it's been loosen you don't have to take it out? Won't it fall inside the door?

Yes it is the same for the driver door except you have an electrical connection to the door handle assembly because it is a it's a cable electrical connection it's a cable that attaches to the door handle mechanism

I have a Kia Niro and I can't get the screw to move I tried ever Phipps screw driver I have

it's probably not a Phillips screw. It may be a JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard) screw. So you might want to go get a set of JIS screwdrivers. to the naked eye, JIS looks identical to a Phillips head.. usually products from Asia are JIS; stuff from North America use the Phillips standard.

I went with a 10mm socket and that worked i dont have a wrench that tells you how much torque your putting on the screw they sent me the numbers for that with the new cap which seemed a little over the top for a screw that is holding a Little piece of harden plastics 30$ lot less than the dealership wanted if it breaks again I'm going to try a hot glue gun to build up the broken plastic piece that the screw goes into I use the car for my taxi business that door gets a lot of uses
