True but the matte paint is so difficult to maintain. You'll have to spend another 1lac+ for ppf. Which makes it not worth it for me. I initially booked the X Line but after researching how to take care of matte paint, I decided to go with the GTX+.

Tata Harrier bhi 3-star rated hai as per internal sources , isiliye Tata motors gncap ko nahi bhej raha hai. Tata Harrier ke bhi 2 tukdey huye hai. First generation Seltos me AIRBAGs faulty thi jo bottomout huyi thi isliye 3 star miley hai. Ye sab GNCAP ke detail report m diya huwa hai

Even in case of Carens GNCAP has mentioned that Carens meets UN95 requirements of side impact , but the result of Carens was published only for frontal collision where only frontal impact is assessed and only front 2 airbags matter. And most important thing is Carens is based Sonet’s K2 platform and NOT the seltos’s K2 , thats why cost of Carens is less than Seltos in every variant. And Carens was crash tested with 1640 kg weight which is very high for a Platform of car like Sonet (As carens is based on Sonet platform) thats why the A pillar was bent in Carens

Kia seltos in the US starts from 20 lac rupees without taxes which are individual to each state, STARTS that is, so you tell me who’s going to buy the top variants in India if priced upwards of 35 lac rupees? The company has done it’s research, yeah safety if paramount but then the customer simply can choose a different car like I did with the nexon. But honestly it has unreliable electronics. I am lucky to have great after sales service but many tata customers are sick and tired of their cars and mahindra ka toh pucho hi mat. There’s a reason why these car brands sell you see.
