Go for software update brother when this kind of glitch happens system need to reboot and again install the software after that it will work perfectly visit showroom 👍

Same issue with me. Menu button on touch screen not working and auto touch happens on same button. I think this is common issue with all systems. We should escalate it as Kia is asking 30k for replacement of the AV unit

Software updated but still issue is unresolved. AV unit has warranty of 2 years only. Though I have taken extended warranty, it is mentioned in the terms and conditions that Audio Video system is not covered under extended warranty. Still I will escalate this issue as this is known issue in many sonets.

I did not know about resetting. Can you tell me how shut down the infotainment system in kia sonet HTX variant?

You can just push the volume rotary button in music system for some seconds its shuts down that’s it 👍

When I start my car, the bluetooth gets automatically connected but android auto doesn't. I have to manually tap on phone projection then connect my device everytime. Whereas in apple carplay it is all automatic. Can you help me in this? I have a total of 3 devices paired in phone projection.

Its normal thing whenever more devices paired to system confused most of the time you have to manually select but if its only one then it will automatically select that device also Android auto have that glitch

If that's the glitch is there any probable fix for it? Also, I will try to unpair all other devices then let you know. Mine is Kia Sonet 2023 HTX 7DCT Anniversary Edition/ Aurochs Edition . I saw a video of Kia Sonet HTX 2020 variant. In that the android auto was getting connected automatically within seconds after Bluetooth pairing.

No i don't recommend vikas there are no such airbag friendly seat covers it's all myth because the seat stitching given by the company is designed to open airbags easily but if u put another seat cover on it with another stitching that will create Chaos 🙏🏻

Call kia coustmer care raise the complaint against showroom and your car everyone entire showroom run behind you then they will resolve issue 100 percent dont take tension showroom workers are pathetic they do same with everyone 💯

Zahid its basically a common problem which is facing by lots of people its all about phone networks and phone updates or we can say directly its a phone problem . Pls update apps and phone time to time that’s the only solution or use good network sim ✌️
