That was easy enough to replace..I have a 2008 kia Rondo and plan on replacing both front and rear, with the front removing the spring is going to be hard but viewing other videos on the steps using a spring compressor ( Very carefully!!)...Just need to take my time - Thanks

Sir thanks for the video. At the end of the video you can see like a yellowish hard foam. That foam is Disintegrating, does that mean is going bad? Dealer wants $695 to have both replaced. I appreciate your response. Thanks

My 2015 Kia Soul has just over 19,000. How do you know if or when they need to be changed?

Check to see if there is any fluid leaking down the shocks. If there is, that is an indicator to change it.
