I've been unable to remove the white plastic clips on the right side. Do they just slide?

There is actually a little clip there, you need to press it down and then pull it. It's kind of easy (@Shabz Ismail , my second channel).

What year is this Sportage? I need to do the same repair on a 2017, is it the same inside? Thanks.

Hi. It's a 2012. The 2017 should be similar, It's just face lift. I could be wrong. But take a try, it should be a easy fix.

At 3:14 = What happened to the speaker? Why it is disappeared? After that appeared again, and then disappeared again, and appeared again.... Strange video.... I believe the speaker has been sacrificed, then editing the video back and forth....

The speaker was only removed once. No disappearing or appearing act here lol

Its actually a pain in the ass this but worth it as dealer will charge a bomb to do it and mechanics will be dear too

You're a keen diyer then as most mechanics hate doing window motors and mechanism they can be a real pain especially on some cars I've done this kia repair wasn't too bad try a merc or an Audi barely enough space to put a single finger inside to remove it
