Tip for grey lotus. Once you have around 10-15 leaves just place them in a dryer. Then plant the seeds. You always get more than what you started with. And before you know it you will have hundreds of grey lotus. It’s is exponential 😊

Yep, I just wanna confirm, it works great. For every three flowers in the dryer, you get back one seed. And every seed gives you five flowers. Seems like a small gain at first, but like you said, it's exponential. Once you have 300 flowers, you get a hundred seeds, which gives you 500 flowers and so on.

As long as you split it so u have some for growing and drying, and some for whatever you want it for you never have to farm it again. All you need is the potent compost and that’s easy to farm whilst your doing other things.

@@Mr.Jay5 yeah pretty much. Although it’s more profitable with the grey lotus as it’s hardest to get. You can do it it with all flowers. To test if it works if your not sure, just put the flower u want the seeds for in the dryer. And if you get a seed icon when u activate the dryer then it’s gonna work.

So good news you no longer need golems to be in your party for them to harvest just place them down where there is lots of harvestable material and watch them go to work. Of course in solo your going to leave the area for awhile and come back for the materials to respawn. the radius for them to harvest is about 3-4 tiles away from where their guard spot is. Also be sure to keep your golems spread a fair bit apart cause the tend to go after the same mineral node when close by.

The Golems in the New Dungeon can also be harvested and they give you enough Stones(Blood Crystals) to re-enter the Dungeon and have extra. So in theory you only need to find enough Stones in the wild to enter the Dungeon once.

i suggest farming it in other areas if u dont wanna bother looking for all the chests if u go to the top left where all the blue skeletons spawn and u just farm that entire area with the nordheimers and everything u will really quickly get alot of good armor for ur thralls and golem parts or The DEN u just farm those chests since u also dont have to look for them since they are fairly visible and u also dont have to go very far from ur base unless ur base is in a starter area

I actually found a blood crystal rocknose in a weird place where rocknose doesn't normally spawn. the spot I normally build my base is surrounded by 2 black hand and 3 Defari camps on one side just on the other side of the mountain from the Summoning place in the bend of the river that if you follow it leads to the Arena where you fight the undead dragon. the rocknose spawns at the top of the slope you can walk down to get to the closest defari camp. easy blood crystal farming.... although it does take a while.

@@MrTaktic121 Mine appeared at the top of the incline/path that leads down past the small Defari camp with the sacrifice pit nestled against the ridge going towards the black hand camp at the mouth of the river first time I logged in after the patch. That's pretty cool though, that the spawn is fairly random.

​@Caleb Centek Assuming that they are supposed to be tanks because I've seen comments about their health being pretty great... we should be ok with them being a 1 shot if you aren't doing enough damage to the enemies you've brought them to fight. If you did all the work as they mentioned in the video you should in fact be able to DPS enough to understand... I stopped playing tho but yeah I these devs have used/developed these golems for things we aren't exactly sure of yet because the community hasn't realized a "cheese purpose"

Hell, I wished they add a possibility to repair them, same as you repair buildings (meaning it would be for a price of resources). Or, when they are destroyed, let us salvage their basic components (so for example tar leg would be salvagable like normal leg, and you have to turn it into tar one on bench once again)

You can give golems armor and with Well Trained active they are strong. I just put my iron golem with exploding head versus redmother solo and he won with 15hp left thats after fighting the giant spider. posted video of the fight.

I would like to add for all those who encounter the same problem I did with my first golem, in order to open it's inventory u simply press E , not HOLDING the button , u can't see the inventory panel in the menu wheel and without it the golem won't farm.

Can you use the lightning headed one to help direct sorcerous lightning? Like you call lightning and it hits the golem and smacks w/e your golem has targeted? Seems these guys are tailor made for sorcery.

Is there any way to have them gather on the map on there own? Say assigned them to a node near by and walk away? or send them out to gather and bring back materials? I love the idea of these, it's fantastic and addresses a niche the game has been lacking: Resource gathering NPC's. But, these things don't do enough. I personally wish we could assign something like a "mine" or "lumber yard" on the map and send these things out to slowly gather basic materials like stone, iron, wood, or plant fiber. Having to baby sit an NPC and issue commands every single gathering action makes these rather pointless. These already seem like largely wasted potential. Now, as a combat companion: different story. I really like the look of the combat companion application with varying heads, chest, armor grades and weapons. But, I would much rather have had a better fleshed out gathering feature.

They only harvest when on follow atm devs are looking to implement them and normal thralls to farm Independently

Has anyone found a way to get your golem to farm up bone? The Maul Arm you have the option of placing bone inside of it, though I have never seen a golem do any form of harvesting bone. tried killing loads of animals and people alike then waited to see if a golem would hack up a body but no dice.

If you are talking about how to unlock the Golens themselvs, it costs nothing because all you need to do is go to the event area, talk to one of the NPCs and he'll teach you straight away the recipes, but if you are talking about the specific parts I can't really tell you, but it will require for you to unlock the iron and steel weapons they use, and also need to learn how to make explosives if you want the the Explosive Jar Head.

The problem is likely how you have the crafting station positioned. If the game can't complete the animation to put you inro position to craft, it will fail. Try repositioning the golem station and make sure there are no obstructions.
