I dunno if this comment was before or after the reveal, but it strictly speaking wasn't two in one. It was two 0.5s, only one of which got to be expanded upon by life experience and grow into a full person. But at the end of the day, Kiana and Herrscher of Void are both Sirin, yet also not. Sirin, who split into the Herrscher of Void and K423, is the origin and sum of both. They both stem from her and, had they been able to remerge, would've returned to her. So strictly speaking, Seele was exactly right. It was an instance of two split personalities of Sirin fighting one another, Sirin(Kiana) fighting herself.

You just witnessed it. In the next chapter it is reveled that HoV is not really Sirin just her hatred for humanity.... And Kiana is the "real" Sirin. Though it was foreshadowed in this chapter: - Kiana asking about Sirin - Kiana seeing herself as a sad Sirin in the mirror - Selee telling Kiana that everyone has 2 sides a good and a bad (meaning her other HoV persona is NOT a different person) - Theresa telling Kiana that she and Cecilia always wanted to help Sirin - Bronnya telling Kiana/Sirin that she doesn't resent and hate Sirin (even though she caused the death of her parents - and the biggest flag:) that Bronnya only hates the HoV inside Kiana/Sirin NOT the actual Sirin.

Better watch the CN gameplay compare from me telling... The hype was too much for me to tell. I don't know how to spoil without giving the hype to you through words alone. 😅 Edit: I still haven't got it either since I'm not playing on CN platform either... I guess it's just for the players and she looks normal for everyone else (...what about the claws though?), you can kinda see that in what is I believe chapter 23 or 24, at the end where "Seele" takes control of Seele's body when she sleep and go in front of a mirror to write something on her face, she looks pretty normal except for the eyes (which might also be for the player). ...Either that, or they are like "It's just a phase, it's fine."

Looks like localizers changed what was "Seele" getting from the vending machine to be something English-speaking people would understand what is. I hear "Wasabi peanuts" in the voiceacting, but the "translated" text says mustard goober. I'm near completely sure that's not the exact translation they did there, and just changed the food so English-speaking people read the name of a food that is more familiar to them.
