Sir, please clear the following two points: 1) Various values in Column:BA [Total amount without taxes] and BB [Total with taxes] in the downloaded BOQ are same....Why Sir? 2) 'Item description' column of your estimate contains more than one column. But, in the model BOQ download by you, 'Item description' column contains only one column. In this case, before copying all the rows if I convert the 'Item Description' column into such column which would contain only one column just like the of Model BOQ, will it be more convenient to copy and paste all the rows of Item Description column at one go rather than to copy and paste separately as you have shown, Sir?

Thanks for your interest. Ans 1. If you unhide the columns before the BA column, you will get the answer. There are the provisions to enter different taxes. Ans 2. First thing, the BOQ and the estimate are not the same. BOQ may be prepared following the estimate and it is a synoptic statement. It is not easy to prepare a BOQ simply by copying all columns and rows at a time. You have to fill up a BOQ by taking information from an estimate. Only those who have basic knowledge on excel may prepare the BOQ quite easily.

Sorry ওটা বোধ হয় ভুলক্রমে দেখানো হয়নি। Work item গুলো হয়ে যাওয়ার পর gst ও cess এর জন্য Total figure এর আগে লাইন create করে নিতে হবে।এরপর আগের দেখানো পদ্ধতি অনুযায়ী BA & BC column এর ফর্মুলা + টেনে copy করুন। D column এ total item cost লিখুন। E column এ L.S. লিখুন। F column এ gst % দিয়ে দিন। তাহলেই হবে।
