I took more than 20 years to find this game (back in 2019). I could only remember the medusa/wolves stage. The songs are so nostalgic for me.

I picked this game up while i was serving over Afghanistan back in 07. Its a great game as u already know. I was hooked on the music too!

You can buy online , they still make clones today for like 20$ they are even HDMI compatible with NES looking joypad and all games built in...

You can also just buy a wireless NES controller and emulate every game ever made on pc lol. You don't have to wish, it's an extremely easily attainable goal

I have an FPGA clone console called AVS that’s excellent. I still buy and play NES carts and there’s a really active homebrew scene

Yeah you can buy a NES anytime and also go the other routes these guys said as well. Its very attainable!

That octopus is tough, but what a super cool boss. I always remember seeing it in promo pictures for this game in like magazines and stuff. Perfect for the video thumbnail!
