No, that should not happen. Kick is allowing freedom of expression. Yes, some people abuse that. Those people should be targeted, not the platform. I hate how, these day, you can't protect basic freedoms, without being accused of enabling people that abuse those freedoms. I'd rather not live in a world where unpopular stances can't be spoken.

They are trying to prioritize protecting people from mob-induced take-downs, and that leads to people coming there to abuse those freedoms. That's not Kick's fault. Sorry for thinking that Twitch and KZbin's controlling grip on media is not healthy for creative freedom. No one talks about the good streamers on Kick. Why? Cause that's not dramatic enough to get views on KZbin's broken algorithm.

If your job is a aware of that upon hiring you and offers you accommodations they are legally required to follow through with them. I think you underestimate the amount of parents with jobs because it is actually very common to be given a time to pick up your children and jobs can be sued for discrimination by not allowing them.

To be honest a lawsuit would be hella hard to actually throw at Kick if anything you'd be more likely to be able to settle than anything because just like someone suing KZbin or twitch the hard part would be the platform can hide that we only give a platform so you can't really sue the platform you could try the individual and you'll have a better chance but then they are going to throw everything but there's multiple videos basically talking about how hard it is to get a lawsuit on specifically the platforms
