its a water tank. its solar heated and needs to be pressurized to "spray" There are way better systems than that giant thing. I have the TARUCA one that is spring loaded, and doesnt have those goofy straps at the top. There are other brands than this. RhinoUSA, Taruca, and others.

It’s my 11 gallon water tank, solar heated…love it!…came in super handy on my recent trip to Virginia for showering off side of truck
