I am just a beginner and need first be comfortable on the bike and not disrupt my balance too much. However, knowing I can make myself faster by being in a more aerodynamic position (and you talking about 30 km/h) gives me the push to get there some day! When I first tried kickbiking, I felt like - no way I can get anywhere with this. It felt so slow and clumsy. But I will give it an honest try. You look like a speed rocket!

I wonder why he swings his leg so far forward and especially raise the knee so much. This looks like a wasteful motion. I just started kickbiking to replace the regular bike now and then by more sport-specific motion (running) without the impact.
