This video has a basic joint warm up and limbering set at the beginning. If you have any very specific warm up needs, please attend to those prior to starting the video workout. There are a number of exercise modifications suggested during the video, but remember to always pay attention to your own body and modify exercises in accord with your resources at any given time. Stay hydrated appropriately before, during and after exertion.
