I think the kicked out cliche can actually be good plot hook and its everything else that is pure dogshit. Gatcha like skills/classes with numbers that don't mean much, unoriginal or nonexistant plot, forgetable tropey characters, generic medieval world with adventure guilds and demon kings.

That's not a spear That's a Hellebarde....well not even that it's more like an axe with a pole handle because it is mitting a point at the top. A spear is used for piercing oponents at a distance so it doasn't matter if she is an expert it is a diffrend set of motion given that now her focuse must lie on hitzing target with the side and try to cleave them in half because of the axe head. The problem with that is the longer the pole and the thinner the axe blade the less mass you can use and build up momentum in order to truly be effective with your strikes. All in all I would say this is now more of a stick than anything 😅

If I Was isekaid to a Another world and my party kick me out I would laugh and say Goodluck and leave I might ask why but I might not especially if I was overpowered and I would just go out adventuring on my own I would start small and work my way up I would also keep and ear out on what happened to my previous party if anyone of my previous party had Stood up for me and tried to keep the others from kicking me out I would come to their rescue but only the ones who stood up for me the other would have to apologize first and the I might rescue them 🤔 😅 😜😊
