Kicking This Shelf out of the 80's: DIY Flips with Dixie Belle Chalk Paint

A woman after my heart (no pun intended). You did exactly what I would've done with that 3-heart shelf table, paint it my favorite muted pink. I have a hoard of thrifted dated furniture, shelf sitters and frames. I love doing them up with a bit of paint and bringing them back to life.

My husband made me one of those. It was painted "country blue". I just got rid of it this year. 😅

Rodney made a bookshelf when we were younger that had hearts cut out of the top. It "unfortunately" broke when he fell against it (he had it loaded down with an old Encyclopedia Brittanica set!) 🤣
