Kicks and strikes

Heart-piercing kicks, low turning kicks, low back thrust and low side kicks are very useful in most combat situations. These kicks can be devastating and lethal. so, use with discretion and have safety as priority in training.
In application of Wing Chun's hands, the most efficient way is not to be able to see the different hand shapes, like Tan Sao, Fuk Sao or Jut Sao. These should be more like a "touch and strike" with the energy of the appropriate hand technique.
