The only character that isnt really viable in an actual fight is Mr. Satan. Every other character is more than capable. If you have played and think otherwise then you're just bad at the game and are having trouble accepting it. I fuck people up all the time with Burter, Guldo, 3rd form Frieza, Recoome, metal cooler and more.
