what tool are you using to test the colors and then get the hex colors? is this different from hive?

I have added a new link, all the files are located inside the zip file. There is a different in the amount of colors that you can use in HivePal and this tool. HivePal is using the correct Sega palette 512 colors. And with this tool you can make 3375 colors, that is an important think i didn't mention in the video.
