Man, I literally cannot listen to this song without crying my eyes out, literally pours the emotion out of me. I rarely cry to music, but Cudi somehow manages to be so incredibly powerful and relatable to people like me, he might be hated or he might never get the recognition he deserves, but none of that matters to me, Scott is my hero and he helped me through the most difficult and lonely times of my life.

The solution to the paradox of unhappiness is increased servitude towards others + gratitude. Even if you have to make something up. Feeling gratitude as an emotion metaphysically creates things to be greatful for in order to reflect the power of that specific emotion. This is how Christianity was intended to work but many have lost the plot.

I never would’ve made it through my depression as a teen without Cudi. He let me know I wasn’t alone and that things would get better. I can honestly say he save my life.

This album helped get me through some very rough times with my addiction & depression/grief in my early 20s. I am 34 now & will never get tired of listening. Thank you for forcing me to feel things when i was trying to stay numb 🖤

If Kid Cudi wasn't there expressing shit that was not expressed by the mainstream, so many of us wouldn't have survived this far. He's the man. The Man.

I love the contrast between the fun video and the actual depressing lyrics. Love that it's in an upbeat tone too, song never gets old.
