This airline certainly has its shares of problems in the past airline videos. Aside from Karen forcing Mary to buy an extra ticket due to her size, another interesting antic that she did was that she asked Jackie for proof whether she's Chad's grandmother. Come on now. I get that they have different last names. No gate agent should ask the grandparents for proof for whether the grandchildren is theirs. Worse, Karen had the audacity to detain Jackie and having security make Jackie take a DNA test. On the bright side, I'm glad security was convinced that Jackie is indeed Chad's grandmother. I'm so glad at the end, Karen got fired.
