Kid's Book Review: When Pigasso Met Mootisse by Nina Laden

This is a silly spin on art history that introduces two seminal artists to kids in a colorful way. Is it accurate history? Probably not! Is it engaging for kids- sure. Its bright, full of imagery and has a cow and a pig fighting an art based war. Kids seem to like it. It does included a short summary of the artists at the end that is historical so at least it corrects for misconceptions portrayed in the tale.
