Good info! I have thought about getting a crossbow for my 8 year old to deer hunt with this fall. I've got a 300 blk AR he could use later in the season but I really prefer bows.

We don't even have enough to hunt with a gun. They even lowered the limit to one. Last few wet springs have been raining their eggs out.
