I'm learning Old English rn and using "For" as "because" is 100% the standard. I'VE started talking like this. pronounced doubled consonants separately and voicing final "e"s (po-hon-e) are also basic parts of the language. anyway this vampire was for sure in Anglia (its called England now) in ~800-1000 a.d. but his accent is extremely weird.
