I have to sleep in the dark but I do like having some kind of noise so it’s not dead silent. Usually I just play a KZbin video and turn the screen off, so it’s just background noise. Usually knocked out after 5 minutes. Turn auto play off so your not waking up to a different video playing

As a horror fan, Kidd, you're right. Having a real case, like Jeffrey Dahmer or Richard Ramirez in a horror film, will give more scares. However, it has to be presented in a certain way to make it frightening. Like, Dahmer's film, back in 2003. That film showed the aspect of the murders and how he did it. It was marketed as psychological horror, and that's seems to be where the biggest scares are, in terms of horror films. Because psychological horror can screw with your head, making your question what's real and what's not.

I remember when Blair Witch came out we all thought it was a real found footage movie. The actors really shot it and really got scared because the director was messing with them. But the actors had to tell their family and friends it wasn't real lol

I never understood why people scared of courage the cowardly dog I love that show still to this day❤😊. It is one of my favorite shows of all time. But it's also true that I was exposed to the TV show tales of the Crypt at an early age. 😂

It’s actually bad for you to have a lot of electronic devices in your bedroom. They disrupt sleep - and going to bed with the TV on is bad too, everything you’re listening to goes into your subconscious. Just FYI 👍🏿

Doesn't it just depend on what you're watching/listening to tho? I go to sleep with the tv and fan on most of the time just to have some noise in the background and I sleep better with it on than off. Lately I've been going to sleep with music and headphones on instead with the fan and I sleep even better with that. Also like Kidd said, when it's silent your mind and thoughts are just flowing, so if it's just silent unless I'm really tired I'll be up for hours just thinking
