i think he uses filters to try and appear younger, like smoothing his skin. also, the makeup probably contributes to that, with the thick white facepaint making it difficult to notice wrinkles and the large red lips combined with the tongue out giving a more youthful appearance ("youthful" is probably not the word for that creature, though to be honest i don't want to waste much more thought on it). he's trying to look younger, again to appeal to children.

One of the things that disturbed me most in this video is that usually with people like this on the internet, you only ever see them in isolated situations. Usually at home. But here the reality is made all too real especially with that last video. This is genuinely horrific. Imagine being that little child where everything seems so much bigger to you, and what you would probably perceive as this huge hulking creepy man starts chasing you dressed like THAT. I’d be shitting myself. I hope the cops do something about him and we get an update, and I hope that child in the video is okay and this man hasn’t acted out any of his sick fantasies.
