For the first 1 its the alcohol itself that actual saves the driver during accidents like that. Becuz theyre so drunk the body is relaxed and dosent get tight and stressed allowing them to go with the bumps and turns. Getting scared and tensing is a good way 2 become a memorial during a car crash. Its crazy 2 think the thing thay causes the accident is the same thing that saves them

The second video makes me upset too simply because we live in a world where people think to open up their phones and hit record when something serious is going on. I remembered when takeoff was shot and the pictures were all over the internet because people recorded it and the pictures after he was shot like way before cops go there

I’ve had an unfortunate incident with a drunk driver while going to the gym after work late at night. The 20 year old girl was let off despite being 3 times over the legal limit and she didn’t even live in the state but was visiting a friend for a bachelorette party. She drove one of those large trucks while I had a small car. I don’t know how I survived but she t-boned me as she ran a red light. I wasn’t aware of anything going on around me but two coworkers who also work with me was going to the gym as well were behind me witnessed the entire event. To two cruisers that answered the call were young men and the girl was flirting with them so they were only going to give her a warning while placing me to blame because she said I ran the red light. Thankfully the cameras at the lights and plenty of other witnesses besides my two coworkers reported to a senior officer who showed up later about what happened. What sucks, I had to pay for my own damage and stuff plus hospital bills because the woman was on a suspended license with no insurance. That story really angered me because people are just not realizing that when you’re driving, it’s not just your life but everyone else’s life that you are responsible for. Put down the phone and bottle and have someone else drive for you if it comes to that. There are businesses that even offer free rides for intoxicated people who cannot afford a taxi.
