That's the beauty of new players, they're a blank slate and don't know much about the game so they don't have much other information clashing against the puzzle in their heads. Not to mention that Sweat was so much more chill than most other teams, especially the ones that I've played with. The more pressure that's added just increases the chance to choke, its a game after all, you're supposed to have fun.

I'm not one of those Grandmaster Nightfalls/200 raid clears types of guys, but favorite thing to do used to be to find blueberries in the EDZ and run them through Whisper or Zero Hour. Neither was locked behind a paywall, and both activities were fun as heck to do (especially if you let them figure it out themselves). Got a lot friends from doing that, including the guy who did that to me when i was a lvl 1 rocking Aeon Swifts. People don't realize the content they're missing out on.

As an accomplished sherpa myself who has about "100 combined carries across all raids(according to emblem stats)" congrats and well done on winning the jerry lottery and actually getting competent players who are smart enough to put 2 & 2 together and get 4 as an answer. Also your generosity to buy them forsaken and throwing them into the deep-end to see them perform like they were there day 1 is just amazing to watch. This was heart-warming for everyone and people like you ought to be recognized when doing the community favours like this. Sadly my mic suddenly and unexpectedly broke on me about 3 weeks ago so for atleast the next 4ish months i won't be able to do sherpa runs yet you demonstrated everything a good sherpa does; giving the sherpees the important roles while accepting the fact that you'll wipe many a time due to them figuring out what each mechanic does. Also having a lot of patience is the biggest single factor as to why many other sherpa runs fail as the supporting experienced players/sherpas themselves give up because "we wiped on crypt security 3 times while chucking them in the 'deep-end' ". The whole point of a sherpa run is to teach the first time players how this particular raid works; not rage quit 30min and 5 wipes in while still on the first encounter!!!... On a side note now as a no-mic i'm beginning to feel the borderline hate some players have towards those who have no working mic especially as i use LFG; even as a no-mic i've saved many encounters as no-one else was able to do the important role at that critical point in time for the specific encounter. So the crux is do not shun any players that have no-mic/hasn't done said activity as you yourself are being the un-inclusive dick and frankly speaking don't deserve to play with anyone else but yourself...
