I am stage 1 and was told I am 90% chance my tumor is cancer

They can usually tell if it’s got it’s own blood supply. I was stage 2 and they were 99% sure

I was just diagnosed with Stage 1 as well with a 56mm mass on my right Kidney. My Urologist wants to perform a full nephrectomy. He also told me that given this size, 90% probability it is cancer. Did your doctor also suggest surgery or did he suggest surveillance ?? Thx
