Great advice to be active as much as reasonably possible right after the kidney operation - I fully intend to follow this. Met up with three post operation people today, two full of complaints and with the attitude that they couldn't do exercise, and one who is mountain biking and running eight hours this coming weekend - I really think it depends so much on your attitude!
