I listened to all your lecture but you never saved someone’s life and you took a lot of money from the patient but nothing happened at the end and no one got saved from you. You have given a long lecture and show it to everyone but you have to acknowledge on what you are saying and if what your saying is right or wrong. If your gonna say all these things why don’t you do it and save a patient and show it to us instead of only talking. Your medicines couldn’t work and save any patients till this day. All of your medicine companies are a fraud and don’t work at all. If they do it’s just temporary and didn’t really fix a patient fully.

This is the best informative video about Kidneys I have ever seen. I am also going through kidney problems. I had initially a large prostate due to which faced frequent ruination in small quantity and the bladder remained full of urine. It came to notice when my primary doctor sent me for routine lab tests. The tests revealed that I had Acute Renal failure and doctor sent me to Emergency. To cut the story short, I had a laser surgery to remove the prostate parts hindering the flow of urine. However, this episode caused damage to my kidneys as the urine accumulated in my kidneys for a long time and was not being discharged. My creatinine level reached to around 3 and efgr around 40. I was told to control my sugar and BP in the first place and change my life style and diet etc. it’s now 2 years I’m using less salt and protein. Eating the food which is friendly to kidneys like cauliflower, cabbage, turnip, egg whites , apples, Red grapes, Red bell peppers, onions, blueberries and Radishes etc. In the meantime my creatinine level has come to normal ie under 1.30 and efgr 60. However, if sometime become complacent and eat more chicken or other protein, the creatinine level rises. To check the creatinine and efgr I ensure to have lab tests every month. Just you were shocked with the number of your creatinine, I was shocked to see patients creatinin in Pakistan this high with no previous records available. Keep checking your blood creatinine level every 6 months. Its a simple blood test and will show if kidneys are in danger. Drink a lot of clean water too❤

@@asishkumar1483 Make sure you have no fever for a week before the blood test.Also no exercise for 2days before test and drink plenty if water a day before the test and just before test drink 2 glass water. Then repeat the creatinine blood test from a good lab and let us know. Also find the eGFR from the lab

Sir, it is very less likely. I would suggest that you check both Cr and Urine protein twice a year and if any of them looks abnormal, see a nephrologist nearby.

My sister aged 64 has no BP or diabetic or any immune disease and has not taken any NSAID painkillers or narcotics in past . For tiredness & fever like Typhoid, she took very recently antibiotics on prescription of a Dr , and also admitted in hospital where on blood & urine tests are taken :, the results show Creatinine - 3 , Urea - 104 , protine in urine - positive , Kidney Filtration Rate -- 13%(stage 5). But there are no earlier symptoms like back pain, swelling in leg / feet , abnormal unrine ( i.e no pain, no low or high quantity or no colour change, no smell, no foam in urine ). Ultrasound test show normal kidneys size and no lession. She normally used to take two or three glass water daily. What is the reason for the kidney failure all of sudden we dont know. Pl advice Doctor. (Biopsy is yet to take).

Thanks for asking the very interesting question. Nahi janab, any unnecessary imaging study, such as ultrasound or CT scan, kisi waja kay bagair nahi karwana chahiy. Us ka koin has fyda nahi hota.

Assalamualaikum doctor shib how are u going nd tell me is Suger disease fully curable or not and in kidneys patient or diabetic patient can eat oranges or not is this fruit is save which things and what's are not suitable for .....

Sugar and CKD both are reversible until a certain stage and upto a certain degree. As for eating organges, you can ask your doctor. If you sugar and potassium can tolerate, you can eat oranges.

Sir I am a patient of ulcerative colitis and taking 20mg of prednisolone daily is it safe for kidneys?

Ji janab prednisone 20mg is safe for kidneys but you cannot take it for longer period because it is going to damage your stomach and cause other problems. There are so many safer treatments for Ulcerative colitis, why do you have to use steroids?
