I can totally identify. When my kids were little I felt so intimidated by the other moms. I always worried that my kids would get teased like I did as a kid so I would stress so much over making sure everything was "perfect". If I only knew then what I know now I would have not put so much value into the superficial crap. Love your channel & God bless.

Thank you for posting this! My daughter starts school tomorrow. A new school and before this she went to private school and as a kid I always felt I never fit in or I would get bullied and it was my biggest fear for her to be bullied. The moms were also very “ perfect”. Rich. “ got it together” so they seem. Moms. It made me and my insecure self a wreck I went overboard with my kids. With myself and I feel so phony and not myself but I always said “ I hope I never embarrass my child somehow” bc I was embarrassed by an alcoholic father. So I over compensated and really in trying to do so I fumbled so many times and hated myself for trying so hard. I’m getting that same uncomfortable feeling in my stomach meeting the new moms and people at her school tomorrow but Tiffany’s videos always make me feel so much better and actually so did this comment. I can’t really tell many people this bc they don’t understand it. They say who cares what anyone thinks. Well my insecure self does. So thank you for being honest. I hope this year I can not fall into that same trap. It’s exhausting and i want to finally feel I can be myself 😢. I see how Tiffany so is down to earth and herself and it’s so refreshing and the mom I want to be friends with. I wish I can be more like her. Thank you again for posting

I knew a mom who loved to get invited to parties just to drop off her child and then pick her up after the entire thing was over and done. We didn't have a way to communicate with the mom, to find out when she would be by. Plus the entire time the child is trying to take items, that weren't for guests, home. Parties are not daycares🤨

I recently did. I was uneasy but I left them with my phone number and I had theirs. They sent me pics of my son having fun and waited for them to text me when is a good time to pick him up. The sun came down and I texted I was on my way to pick him up and they said perfect timing. I picked up my son and he was sweaty with a big goodie bag. He had a great time and I was glad I didn't have to sit there with strangers. It worked perfect for me and I'm sure it did for them too as they were glad to see his classmate there.👍 I can't say it was daycare because I was not relaxing when he was gone. I was counting the time and waiting for their call soo.....its not always mom wanting a babysitter..

yeah something I never realized as a kid was how it must feel for parents. I remember one time I took my son to a birthday party for a kid we didn't know that well. It was super awkward for me, I knew NOBODY there and I literally just sat there for 2 hours and didn't say a word. I never brought my kids to any friends parties by invitational invite I didn't know too. I never even felt bad. They are 20 and 17 now, they've never once brought that up to me yet. Must not have bothered them too much. Sorry not sorry, I'm not driving my kids to the house of someone we really don't know to hang out for a few hours or so. Not to mention...awkward.
