Jk… the gym I teach at starts at 5-6 yrs old but that’s only bc we didn’t have enough 3-4 yr olds to where they would have training partners their size. I’d reach out to your nearest Renzo Gracie (cause we’re the best imo) and ask about their kids program but most places that aren’t fighter specific gyms will have a 3-4 yr old or at least a 5-6 yr old program. Some fighter gyms have them as well but it’s a little more rare. I’d say just reach out to the ones closest to you and see what they offer cause I’ve come across guys who said they’ve taught classes that start as young as 2yrs old. Good luck, hope this helped!
