I love this busker and his innovative arrangement of this classic! What a sweet man to thank the dancers and I know he meant it, too. True musicians are happiest when their audience is joyful! When my son was little, I'd take him to see my favorite local band that often played outdoor concerts at art fairs and carnivals. My son loved it, and he would dance with other little kids who loved their happy, wholesome, energetic music. The band was Brave Combo, and they are fairly well known now. Their music would be more popular if it was less fun, and more "ordinary". They are the band that David Byrne of Talking Heads hired to play at his wedding. Their style of music, they call it "nuclear polka". Lot's of "oompah" band inspiration, they are kind of like Weird Al meets Mariachi meets Tower of Power horn section. Take your little ones to see live music any chance you get! When I was little, my dad bought season tickets to our local philharmonics who also hosted broadway show tours and famous musicians from other countries. Mom would get migraines from loud noise, so she stopped going to the concerts. Dad saw my 5 year old self looking up at him imploringly, "I love music, Daddy. Can I come with you?" Some of my happiest memories were being with my dad watching wonderful shows like "Oklahoma!" with the original Broadway cast. When they presented an opera, my mom told dad, "She is not going to sit still for people screaming in Italian". The opera was "Carmen", so of course I loved every minute! Beautiful costumes, exciting story, a stabby murder, and gypsies! What's not to love?😃💃⚔ One concert was just an old man with a guitar, but his Spanish guitar music was so beautiful I saw people crying in the audience. That man was Andres Segovia! I know that means nothing to most folks now, but he's regarded worldwide as a great master of guitar and I feel fortunate that once I got to hear him play live.

My favorite thing about KZbin is finding artists like this awesome busker, great musician but I wouldn't have heard him on the radio, only here. I have really expanded the genres of music I love now because of the previously unknown musicians I've grown to love here on YT. I've never liked the bagpipes much because it sounds "wheezy" and reminds me of cop funerals. That all changed when I heard Archy J. "The Snake Charmer". She's from India, plays a wicked bagpipe with a carved dragon head. Her musical style is Celtic and Punjabi fusion, and she covers rock songs and movie themes too. I think my favorite is her version of AC/DC "Thunderstruck". She's also absolutely gorgeous and I love her costumes (which she also designs). I like getting suggestions of new music to listen to. That's how I found Archy. I made a snotty comment about how terrible bagpipes sound, and someone sent me a link to her channel and told me to listen before saying such a stupid thing. She's right, I changed my mind!
