Kids Capoeira Class #1

A school that I was teaching at asked me to make a 6 part series, for the students who could no longer participate. Decided to make it available to the public. This doesn't replace going to a capoeira school, but hopefully will motivate kids and adults to try some classes when we can train together again.
Parents....The amount of benefits capoeira can bring to your children's lives really go beyond the physical. This is a community art form that will help your kids (and adults) express themselves physically, teach them culture, language, music, history, and have them around different generations. The list really does go on. I hope this can help you start on your path.
Capoeira was born out of struggle, and through that pain we've been gifted this beautiful art.
