Kids Clean The Whole House!
Today we recruited our oldest daughter, Tyler to help lead the charge in cleaning our whole house! She really stepped up and took charge to get it done and done well!

It is just the hubby and I now but I find it hard to come up with something to cook. I made up a list of 20 things that I know how to cook well and rotate that. It changes with the seasons but it has helped me a bunch.

YES! I go through this same thought process what has helped me is making a menu for the week. Then shopping my house 1st , then getting the rest of the ingredients at the store

I understand what you are saying about cooking dinner it is hard I'm a single mum of 2 daughters and the oldest aged 11 has ASD and it makes it hard as she won't eat a lot of things I would like to make or have but we do the best we can for your children

Totally the same question I ask myself when going to the store! It’s so overwhelming! What do we eat?! Lol no wording from the farm and the rest in bulk online going in person I’m like where is everything now??! 😂 my son is 5m and my psychiatrist says the whole first yr is a huge change for mom. The more kids I have the more time I need pp. your amazing thanks for keeping it real friends!❤

We struggle too. Celiac definitely makes meal planning harder. (We also have a dairy free kiddo :( ) so yeah I totally relate.

Didn't you used to get those home meal kits with all the ingredients and recipe cards ? Can be pricey , I reckon and maybe don't deliver out there. Maybe a couple of the girls could go to the website of one and make a supper meal plan for 5 nights and figure out ingredients and recipes. .

Do I love meal planning? Absolutely not! Do I meal plan? Absolutely lol because I only go shopping every other week so I have to!!! But im glad to hear that going to the grocery is overwhelming for someone else, and my kids are 13 and 9 haha doing a pick up order is so much better and less stressful

We live in the Scottish Highlands and have very few take out options. Having come from the city its quite a change and we do miss take out sometimes. I think you're right though Danielle, its trying to think of different things to cook thats the hardest part. I feel your pain and you're definitely not alone 💕

So i have a question for you guys🥺 what advice would you give to a mama of 4 expecting our 5th baby (and will have 5 under 6 yrs) for teaching my kids to understand and love to clean? My oldest is 5 and i think is at a teachable age? Also how do you get it all done with that many kids? Your house looks amazing! You guys are killing it🥳

So the same, especially with a big family it's hard coming up with new meals to eat that everyone will eat. Definitely not a meal planning mom, I'm a fly by the seat of my pants kind.

I would be overwhelmed at the grocery store with a 3 month old & a two year old. Who wouldn't? I don't thing that's post partum. Just normal! :)

I feel your pain , our adult son moved home due to high rent , he is a selective eater and so is my husband , I love food but I stress at night what to cook for dinner the next day 😊
