egggggggggg-Zakly. i was raised to shower at night before getting in bed. it cleans off all-day germs , relaxes the muscles and help soothes a person into sleep. i have grown to love that coz i feel so sweet in the night after a bath or shower and a tea! 8-hour sleep coming my way!!! one can wake up, freshen the arms an teeth, face, etc and be fine going off for the day but one must be clean to go to bed. wat the heck one's cleaning in the morning for to go to outdoor and sweat up??
