Jeren Mckey Well, I still don't agree with you, I am bothered by the idea of being forced to have this conversation as an 8 or 9 years old. I'm sorry to have bashfulness towards my parents sexuality.
@tasha50666 жыл бұрын
Jeren Mckey no I don’t agree with that. It’s because of the schools. I only had one talk about sex at school and all they said was like the basics. The birds and bees and just that. Even that video went into more detail.
@tasha50666 жыл бұрын
Jeren Mckey I’m saying the schools need to educate people more on the matter and they are mainly the reason for ‘teen pregnancies’ like you said above. I am not scared of taking about it, I just prefer to talk about it with a friend rather than my parents. I wouldn’t say I’m extremely close to my parents and if I had to talk to them about it, it would be so awkward.

Maybe you should’ve done the talk with more older kids, around 11/12.
@ScrumptiousNoodles126 жыл бұрын
Hollie Mae imo the talk is only necessary when a child starts going through puberty. otherwise what’s the point.. I guess little kids have funnier reactions for videos
@softeunoia47636 жыл бұрын
i mean i got the talk around the same age as the kids and im grateful that i never experienced the "confused" phase, because as soon as i was old enough to understand i knew what was going on, if i didnt i could always ask my mom, and i also knew - as they said in the video - that it's for grown ups and not for kids. most kids learn about sex very young, and its better when its from their parents rather than their friends or the internet.
@kaym94166 жыл бұрын
11/12 already know about sex
@Myluvangle6 жыл бұрын
Kay M some may know but it’s when they all predominantly start puberty so introducing the topic at that age is reasonable.
@hamdi0026 жыл бұрын
How could you not know about sex by 11/12 years? The talk would be too late by then.
@dottidal6 жыл бұрын
I’d love to see a version where the parents, or perhaps an educator, can give children correct and detailed information. This was sadly very inaccurate info that left the kids confused more than anything. There is no need to dumb down anatomy and biology for children, they have much more understanding than given credit for.
@Mountain_22 жыл бұрын
Lol you realize they are so nervous and that would be terrible to say the detailed version of that to Those kids. They are so young. They are so nervous dont you literally see that? If people this age be getting that talk then about 13 is the right age

Being embarrassed about private parts is learned behaviour. We pass embarrassment (and sometimes shame) on to young children without realising lol
