You just kept taking this thing one step further and further until we ended up with an experience and weekend that we will treasure forever. I have recently engage the Elgin back 2 basics camp/team building site to do the two things I love. Smoking meats, lately it's mushrooms, lol. And sharing the policy of open hands, spreading the knowledge to the next generation. We will be organising, forage expositions, overnight smoking barbecue meats.
