As a person who has eczema along with my sister and brothers, usually I’m looked at funny and seem weird for scratching because of the itchy areas and spots. I have it all over my body and my sister has severe eczema. So my sister actually used to get bullied for this and its really strange, i can’t control it and neither can she. I find this a really, really good story and good image on what happens usually- despite the fact my sisters bullies (unfortunately) never got punished other than getting laughed at for bullying on social media. Thanks Dharr for showing this video!

It doesn't matter if you have cancer, skin condition, diabetes, or any kind of problem that is totally different from other normal kids or adults, just be yourself and be kind without making fun of other people. I have a condition called ADHD and ANXIETY and I get made fun of a lot at school and get called names like loser and a hole bunch of names but I love who I am and I will never change who I am in this world.

This is my favorite episode so far. I’ve had eczema my whole life, I’ve seen many professionals and they all said it was the worst case they’ve seen. None of their treatments worked… in school people always are asking if I use lotion or they feel uncomfortable being near me because they think it’s contagious. Luckily, 3 months ago I visited a new doctor in Boston and she started me on an injection that I take every other week and it has done wonders. I don’t have open wounds on me all the time anymore! I can finally do simple things like using hand sanitizer or writing for long periods of time without being in pain.. :)

As a girl with eczema I understand what she is going through. I have trouble making friends cause people judge me why my face is so red and bubbly in the summer. But I don’t let that stop me if what I love doing. Like basketball 🏀 it’s hard playing it cause from the heat on my face from the eczema makes me tired and sweat more then others in like 2 mins. This hits really close to home because I actually have eczema, people would often make fun of me and call me lava skin or some other random remarks. It actually some times can be painful when I sweat or when water gets on it, I took a test an I ended up being allergic to oak trees. This video has made me so happy. As another person with severe eczema, I have been called a lizard or been told have scales. Being bullied was horrible. So was waking up in the middle of the night having the urge to itch and bleeding. I had scabs everywhere. I felt like i was all alone and no one would understand my pain and suffering. But i had gotten special cream for it and my arms were clearing up. And after showering everyday and applying lotion straight after. a few months later My arms are completely clear and I went to my cottage, the lake has been helping my legs so much. I still get odd judgy looks but I dont mind. If someones looks ask if they have a question about it. The scars dont bother me, im just happy thats its clearing up. If you have eczema, just know your not alone. 💗

I have had eczema for three years now. I know how that girl feels. Everyone always ask me questions and some people look discussed. I am so happy that you made this video so that the message can spread. I love all your video's because of the good lessons you teach people. May everyone have a happy life, not get bullied and not bully other people after finding out what people go through and how they go home crying. I feel so lucky that I don't get bullied even though I have a skin condition that I can't control. I have gone to the best doctors and none of them can get it under control and there is no way to cure it. I get it when there is sun or when my body temperature gets high. I hope for anyone that has eczema to not feel bad about it because it's something you can't control.

As someone with eczema, this video makes me really happy! I feel like not a lot of people recognize eczema. I don’t have it as bad as the girl in the video. And I don’t get bullied for it. But I constantly have people asking me “what’s on your arm?” Or “what’s behind your ear?” Thank you Dhar for making this video! Nice for you all.. In my school they doesn't care about the beauty on the inside and even if you will be having no problem both physically and mentally they will keep bullying you for straight years and that's what happens with me since last 5 yrs ... There are even no friends and siblings to protect me and my family doesnt know about it and they keep blaming saying I have changed... Hmph...
